Auto Negotiate: Let the Ethernet interface determine the best speed and duplex based on the device facing it.
Off: Auto-negotiation is turned off (the Speed and Duplex settings are used to configure the PHY).
On: Auto-negotiation is turned on (the Speed and Duplex settings are unused, configuration of the PHY is negotiated with the device on the other end of the link).
Force to 100 Mbps: Manually configure the speed of the Ethernet interface to 100 Mbps.
Force to 10 Mbps: Manually configure the speed of the Ethernet interface to 10 Mbps
This parameter is used only if Auto-negotiation is turned off
Full: Manually configure the mode of the Ethernet interface to Full duplex.
Half: Manually configure the mode of the Ethernet interface to Half duplex.
